Made for Lycoming IO-540-D4A5.
This plenum is easy to install. Weighs only 1200 Grams (42 Ounces). Build cooling baffles as per plan excluding rubbers. Then fit and trim top of baffles. Drill and attach plate nuts. Comes primed. I am not making any speed increase or other claims, but merely a permanent solution eliminating air leaks due to baffles rubber not sealing well. However a reduction of about 5-10 degrees on CHT's and oil Temp has been reported.

The plenum was very well made and fit really well right out of the box. I previously ordered the gear leg fairings and they were the same great quality.
